Last summer we needed a new lawnmover and decided to go with a Reel Mower. As long as we keep up with it and never let the grass get very long then it does very well. We're still searching for a more environmentally friendly weedeater, but have yet to find a good substitute.

I just commented today to another friend that I would love to try a reel mower. Is it hard to push? Pretty neat. Is that your pond? It looks beautiful.
ReplyDeleteYes, that is our pond. It's very at times, but not at others. It takes up a lot of our yard and it makes me nervous with the kids. The reel mower is great. I used to mow our old yard with it all the time. I found it very easy. You have to really keep up with your yard if you use it though. If your yard has a lot of weeds in it or gets tall it is very hard for it to cut right. But, otherwise it's great.
